Ulap Support for the Ulap Data Platform includes Support Portal access, updates and patches to Ulap, and a Designated Architect to help you on your Cloud-Native journey with Ulap.

Support Hours

Support business hours are Monday through Friday excluding US holidays, from 9AM to 6PM. Customers can contact Ulap directly via support portal or via support@ulap.co

What is a Designated Architect

A designated architect is an Ulap architect that is assigned to support a customer to correctly configure their Ulap account, deploy clusters and applications using the Ulap Data Platform.
